In Loving Memory of Paul Casali

Paul Casali served as our Political Director for years until his sudden passing this fall. A dedicated strategist and public servant, Paul worked in political campaigns and elected official roles since 1996. Over nearly three decades, he served in every campaign capacity imaginable, including campaign manager, political director, general consultant, field director, fundraiser, communications director, and volunteer coordinator. Paul played key roles in major campaigns, including the Clinton/Gore re-election in 1996, Hillary Clinton’s 2000 Senate campaign, Bill Thompson’s run for NYC Mayor in 2009, and numerous federal, state, and local races across the country. Most recently, he managed Kamillah Hanks’ 2021 and 2025 NYC Council campaigns, leading both to decisive victories. Paul also consulted for Fortune 500 companies such as American Express, Citigroup, and Ernst & Young. Paul was an invaluable part of our team. His leadership and friendship will be truly missed.
